hte – the high throughput experimentation company was awarded the supply of a high throughput unit as the result of a tender floated by the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST). hte will commission and install the high throughput unit at AIST’s research center in Japan during the second quarter of 2022.

The decision was made on the basis of hte’s track record in offering fully automated workflow solutions that include advanced software and analytics combined with the company's expertise in complying with stringent Japanese high-pressure laws. The technology solution supplied to AIST is enhanced by the in-depth knowledge hte has gained over the years through contract research in related projects, a service that is core to hte's activity along with the provision of technology solutions. For AIST, the unit will be an invaluable tool to develop catalytic processes for a wide range of chemical processes with a particular focus on CO₂ utilization.
