Workflow analytics

In a workflow analysis, we typically record your laboratory processes and then specifically analyze which steps can be expedited through parallelization, automation, or digitalization. We also evaluate how your entire workflow can be made more efficient here. An analysis of this kind is often the first step before a hardware project. This then provides you with a customized solution for automating your workflow without having to commission an entire engineering project upfront.


Design and feasibility analyses

In a design and feasibility study, we check the general feasibility of your project without entering into the subsequent phases of concrete project execution. In addition, we carry out feasibility studies, for example before the actual project, in order to address critical points that are essential for the success of the subsequent project. Our experts examine various factors here, including reactor loading with a new type of catalyst such as fleece catalysts, and carry out packing studies. We also use analytical studies to validate the detection of critical components, for example in the development of GC methods for Deacon or testing of the lower detection threshold for NOx gases. 


Basic & detailed engineering

If your lab-scale EPC project involves significant technical risks, we can separate the “basic engineering” and “detailed engineering” project phases from the overall hardware project for you as a separate upstream project. Risks can be minimized by taking a detailed look at the system design and all components.  


Scientific work

We carry out literature studies for you and, in cooperation with catalyst suppliers and technology licensors, make recommendations on catalyst or technology selection, as well as the experimental execution of catalyst tests. We can also prepare a project report with a scientific evaluation for you. 


Digitalization & automation
