Jetzt bin ich einfach nur stolz auf die hte und ihre Mitarbeitenden!\u201c&nbsp;<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-body-05-font-size\"><em><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-gray-teal-color\">Ferdi Sch\u00fcth, Gr\u00fcnder und Aufsichtsratvorsitzender bis 2003<\/mark><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer is-style-40\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-body-01-font-size\">Die Wurzeln von hte liegen an der <strong>Goethe-Universit\u00e4t in Frankfurt<\/strong> und dem <strong>Max-Planck-Institut f\u00fcr Kohlenforschung in M\u00fchlheim an der Ruhr<\/strong>. Dort forschte <strong>Professor Ferdi Sch\u00fcth<\/strong> im Bereich der heterogenen Katalyse und erkannte das Potenzial, die Entwicklung von Katalysatoren durch Hochdurchsatzverfahren erheblich zu beschleunigen. Sch\u00fcth begeisterte einige seiner Mitarbeitenden f\u00fcr diese Idee \u2013 und nur wenige Monate sp\u00e4ter hatte das Team den <strong>Prototyp eines Parallelreaktors<\/strong> entwickelt und die Technologie validiert. Die Qualit\u00e4t der Daten war hervorragend, und es zeichnete sich ab, dass die katalytischen Experimente um das 50- bis 100-fache beschleunigt werden konnten.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-body-01-font-size\">Es fehlte jedoch noch der endg\u00fcltige Beweis f\u00fcr den wirtschaftlichen und industriellen Nutzen. Daher entschloss sich das Forscherteam, die R&amp;D-Abteilung f\u00fcr Katalysatoren der <strong>BASF<\/strong> zu kontaktieren, um ein gemeinsames Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekt zu initiieren \u2013 der Beginn einer erfolgreichen Zusammenarbeit mit einem starken Partner.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-body-01-font-size\">Zu dieser Zeit entstanden die ersten Pl\u00e4ne zur Gr\u00fcndung eines Unternehmens. Am 26. In den darauffolgenden Jahren wurde das <strong>FCC-Labor<\/strong> aufgebaut, welches unabh\u00e4ngige <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hte-company.com\/de\/katalysator-materialforschung\/katalysatortestung\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"6788\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Katalysator-Tests<\/a><\/mark> auf h\u00f6chstem Niveau erm\u00f6glichte.
