hte's software solutions support high throughput catalyst and process R&D. We created automation and informatics suites especially for the operation of parallel reactor systems and analysis of the resulting data.

The applications we address with these software solutions range from long-term, multi-parametric process optimisation studies for established refinery and petrochemical processes to massively parallel screening of new heterogeneous catalysts.

Automation

Our automation software suite, hteControl™, is a fully-functional Process Control System. The following key features provide a unique advantage in the operation of parallel reactor systems:

  • SCADA software to control process conditions and analytical devices for up to 100 reactor tubes simultaneously.
  • Ability to run any sequence of experimental conditions in 24/7 unattended operation mode.

Informatics

Our informatics software suite, myhte™, is a purpose-built Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) for structured high throughput data. The following key features provide a unique advantage in the field of catalyst and catalytic process R&D:

  • Can handle complex sample synthesis information and hierarchical relationships in heterogeneous catalyst preparation in conjunction with the associated testing data.
  • Supports reactor filling procedure with a reliable sample-registration process.
  • Collects data output from testing units and attached analytics. Merges all data in one unique and easily maintainable database.
  • Supports GC-Peak assignment process for hundreds of chromatograms with minimal human intervention.
